Thank you, Bethaney. One of my practices has been to make my daily to-do list and turn it into a I-did-it list, written by hand. And breathing as I realize that it feels far better for me to celebrate the wins, no matter how small, than to see the tasks looming. Thank you for the reminder to live slowly!
Oooo I love the idea of closing out my work day with an “I-did-it” list. As someone who often struggles with feeling like I haven’t done enough, being able to celebrate progress in such simple way would do me some good.
