From a little trip to the South Carolina coast - a bright spot from the past few weeks.

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind, and not the glorious kind.

In between a deer hitting my car and persistent dental pain, life has required a different sort of attention from me.

Someone recently asked me, “What in your life makes you slow down? What supports your desire to live more slowly?”
