You’re invited to the Seasonal Examen
Join me June 22nd for an online, summer solstice contemplative event
Save the date and sign-up, dear friends.
Event: The Seasonal Examen, June 22nd, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST
On Thursday, June 22nd, I’m hosting a small, online contemplative pause called The Seasonal Examen. This event is for those of who you are looking for a moment to slow down, to reflect on the past season, to tune into your inner wisdom and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead.
This is a bit of an experiment, which I personally consider to be among the best types of gatherings.
For those who are unfamiliar, the prayer of Examen emerges from within the Ignatian spiritual tradition. The typical flow of the reflective time includes:
Entering the contemplative moment with gratitude
Mindfully noting the moments of consolation and desolation you’ve experienced in any given season, and…
Taking note of any ways the Divine might be inviting you to shift, unfold, or evolve for the next season to come.
The virtual event will follow a similar structure, weaving in themes of transitioning from spring into summer, along with breathwork, meditation, and guided journaling time facilitated by me.
You can read more and register here. There are only 12 spots because I want to keep the space intimate. But there will be a waitlist.
Also, this registration process is in a new point-of-sale system for me, so if you run into any hiccups signing up, please let me know.
I look forward to being back with you all with a regular writing routine soon. Until then, I hope you are well and I hope to see you on June 22nd.
With love,
Bethaney
